Constructive Confrontation and Conflict

Conflict is inevitable in everyday life and in the workplace. The results of conflict, however, can be either positive or negative—and the outcome is frequently up to you. In this training, we will discuss how conflicts arise, and provide a proven method for facilitating constructive resolution. Resolving a conflict during play in the museum will help drive home the session’s messages.
