When we were children, we used to play a game that stated with the question, "What would grab if your house was on fire?" It's a question that feels both fun and dangerous. It makes us consider what is important to us, what we value and how we ascribe that value. 

In collaboration with Siouxland Public Media's storytelling project, Ode, will present a night of stories told by the journalists at Kids Scoop News in response to the burning house question. The Gilchrist Foundation has generously supported the joint work of Siouxland Public Media and Kids Scoop News.
